Newbiggin by the Sea has a thriving artistic community with a number of artists living and working in the village. The work of a selection of these artists is displayed in Coble Cottage. Hand carved celtic knotwork in local sea coal, porcelain and stoneware ceramics, contemporary paintings in oil, acrylic and watercolour and wonderful photographs are just some of the items you can enjoy looking at during your stay. If you become too attached many of the works are for sale and a full catalogue is provided in the cottage.
